We will never forget to plan our meals ahead of time one of that is Lunch. For today, I want to share my pork adobo which is one of my favorite. With the perfect marinated style and potatoes that really makes me happy today.

The meal is like our national meal though it can be prepared differently by region. At home, we cook the combination of chicken and pork.

I had long heard pork adobo but never had it before. I think it is a mixture of taucheo and oyster sauce, thick gravy
