Why we experienced burn out? How to solve it?

July 5, 2022 12:34am CST
Lately i just don't feel right, I started getting angry easily, I neglecting my work, don’t respond to my friend’s text or call, always declined whenever they invite me to hang out. I just doesn’t have the will to life anymore, NO it doesn’t mean I want to kill myself but I just want to sleep for a very long time and ignore the world and its problem. Do you ever feel like that? If so, how did you deal with it?

I am glad that I have never felt like that before. Do you have a good friend to talk to.

I feel low occasionally but not to the extent you mentioned. I suggest you take a walk or talk to some friends.

@DeeDee05 Sounds good. Your burnout should be just temporary.

i usually just take a walk or doing something spontaniously, like searching for a new hobby or visit other places and it help although just for a moment. i have friends of course, but they either too busy with their own life or i don't know how to tell them because they will not understand, my life is fine, i have a loving family, a well-paid job, everything is perfect.

Yes, it happens to me always. I dont like to meet with friends and dont like to talk to them over the phone. This may be because I have strenuous work and I get physically as well as mentally exhausted after work. I find a bit relaxed when I am on mylot so you should also find something where you may be able to relieve your stress otherwise it will start affecting your health.

@DeeDee05 that's okay so you feel lethargic every time? You need to do something which interests you to get rid of it.

That’s not being burned out that sounds like depression. Some of the solutions to depression is chance of diet, going outside in the sun for a little bit, doing regular things even if it seems boring or something. Some times just a small chance of thing. But lastly and most important seeing a doctor if it continues. Some times depression creeps up and meds are need to help regulate your emotions so you have less days where you feel depressed.

@DeeDee05 depression doesn’t mean you are depressed about something specific. Depression is the feeling of being sad, or angry for no reason. Emotions don’t use work on the fact of you being upset about something. Emotions are also triggered by our hormone fluctuations in our brains. That is why there are people that are bipolar there brain doesn’t have the ability to control there chemical changes for emotions and mood so they will experience bipolar episodes because of that. Depression works the same way as well as anxiety. Lots of what we feel has to do chemical changes, and hormones.

I think you should discuss this with your doctor and ask for advice. Maybe some time out would do you good and afterwards you'd be refreshed and your energy would come back.

thank you, i don't consult any doctor tho, because i don't think it is a big deal, it will eventually disappeared.

How old are you, if you don't mind telling, because if this goes on, you may be suffering from a midlife crisis. If not, then it is just a normal burnout and there's nothing to worry about. Just sleep it off, you'll be fine in no time.

Meditation, calm music, and prayer could help. It is a spiritual and you have to open yourself to love.

@DeeDee05 then I am completely the opposite site of you I would always have someone as my company that's why I said you to have me time because it works for me. Or another thing that might work if exercise, I did running or doing yoga when I feel burn out.

@Mrlnvk i'm used to it, i find it annoying to hang out with people because i cant do whatever i want, i need to consider their interest too, and i cant say no to them, so i just ended up following them eventho i dont really like it.

My me-time is everyday, lol. I live alone and do everything by myself, people always amaze at me because i love watching movies, going to the mall and eating at the restaurant alone. Apparently, for them, it's a strange things no normal person would do.
