When I'm not interacting here in myLot, there's other things I'm doing such as I'm currently busy at work, sleeping, eating, taking a bath, YouTube, and/or Facebook. I wanted to share this Facebook post shared by one of my friends from "Face the Reality". Let me share to you this wonderful quote. "If you could erase all mistakes of your past, you would also erase all of the wisdom of your present. Remember the lesson not the disappointment." This is somewhat like a time travel and/or history remembrance. If there's a time machine and can go back to the past, you can change your mistakes and correct it. And if there's no time machine but there's only a history, you can't change but you can avoid of not having it again. I remember to connect this to the victims of the so-called Martial Law here in the Philippines during then President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Sr. on 1972. And during the election campaign of now President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., they did lots of rallies saying, "Never Again". They're taking the disappointment of what happened before and not the lesson what we had during the Martial Law period.

I agree, that every mistake should be taken as a lesson so that we may not repeat them in the future. Some people always cry about their past they dont learn from their mistakes and keep on repeating them. They live a miserable life.

I might agree at some point in that but I think if you were victim of that era I think you would feel bad too that the past is ought to be repeated again because people forgot the pain and just give in to the propaganda to cleanse their name. They were successful but the lesson of the past should never be neglected nor changed or as we all say it's all political tactics and was never made to really unite the country but divide further.

What is the most important is that we keep doing the good things and leave behind the bad things.

And that is why no human is perfect. Jason Momoa will certainly agree with me. (I guess so)..

Yes. Every mistakes we have gives a great lesson and this must not be forgotten but use it to correct the future I just hope that the new president of the Philippines will respect the history and correct it not using it as a sample of good things. His father did good things but made a lot of wrong things which affects the economy of the Philippines which is being shouldered by the next generations to generations. I don`t like him saying that his father did great things to the Philippines. I strongly disagree with that I hope he will not do the same as his father

I like that quote and it is very suitable especially if you tend to get down on yourself for making poor decisions.
