Just stuff.............

That's Boobear in her new favorite spot whenever Roscoe is outside and the sun is shining.

About the picture, that's Boobear, she's finally becoming more comfortable with her home since Meetzee's death on the 23rd of April. She loves the sun and usually she can get some on the top of this recliner in Mom's old room. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On June 30th my Roku TV lost audio. It was only 8 months old so I was under the impression I would be reimbursed ......... nope, instead they will send me a new TV. I hope I can sell the stupid thing. On July 1 I bought a LG TV to replace that Roku, I can probably still return it IF I want but I really like the LG, with this TV I actually get several news channels which that Roku didn't provide .... I've only watched a little of the news though. I hope no one out there buys a Roku, they are the weirdest company I have ever had to deal with. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I just had to share this video from YouTube, it is too cute

I’ve had the same TV for at least fifteen years but it still works and has a good bright picture so I don’t plan to make any changes.

I had a Vizio that lasted for many years as well then one day it just wouldn't turn on anymore so I made the mistake of buying a Roku.

Well, so far so good. I just hope 8 months down the line that it'll still work.

The worst part is they usually come with a 1 year warrenty so when mine conked out after 8 months I expected a refund .... nope, TCL is sending me a new TV.

@rebelann Yeah, that's always a toss-up with the televisions they make now. Maybe if they stuck with making televisions instead of all-in-one things, they'd have more success with them lasting.

Interesting video. I wonder if any of them are still alive (I know Alan Thicke isn't).

I never watched Growing Pains but once I looked him up I recognized him although I'd never known his name before.

I'll have to look up Alan Thicke, I haven't a clue who he is. The video is about a kitten and a crow who were best friends. Oh good grief, he simply announced the video.

I wish I had that old color TV dad bought us back in 1970, that thing was huge and heavy but boy did it last.

@rebelann The older appliances seem to last forever. The new stuff doesn't.

I do not trust the TCL brand, they are the ones who manufacture the Roku TV like the one I had.

Now I know not to ever buy a Roku. My grandson has one. I should ask him how he likes it.

If nothings wrong with it then they're just fine but when things go wrong with them a company called TCL will do whatever they can not to have to reimburse the money you've spent. I hope his continues to work well.

Maybe I bought a bottom of the line TV but it should have lasted longer than just 8 months.
