I decided to make a rice omelette for dinner. I had a small amount of rice, some chives that have survived the cold, eggs and a bit of cheese. I had just placed everything in the skillet when the phone rang. It was my sister. I have told you that my brother in law has cancer. Many years ago he decided that he didnot want to have anything more with me. My sister told me that, crying. And I replied that we both knew that we had each other. She always visits me alone when she come to Santiago. Today my BIL had a procedure. He will be at the hospital for 2 days. And my sister called me to chat with me. I put a lid over the skillet and let it simmer in low. When she said that she was going to go to bed, I went to the kitchen. I found a delicious frittata. See you friends
