I got the appointment for the MRI. Aruba in the horizon.

I know it is expensive. I think that my health insurance only covers half of it. But I must do it. And I have to do that and other health checkings before I go to Aruba. If I want to have fun there I don´t want to be ill. And I doubt that my grandson could take care of me should I have any problem. I take a vacation insurance every time I go for a holiday since I got middle ages at some point. Now the need is more. My daughters are middle aged, I am old I will do 2 things at the same time. I have to talk with the therapist and I asked for the MRI on the same day. That´s 2 Ubers saved!!! I´m happy when I do these things. I tend to procastinate when I have to do go to doctors and the like. They are not my idea of a party. I had a very late lunch and I still don´t shower. And today I have to wash my hair, dry it and take a nap. See you later, friends

I understand you so well, I also procrastinate when I have to go to see doctors. They always find a way to make me waste money.

The knee problem took 3 doctors to find one with whom I felt comfortable. The first one, a general traumatologist, told me he did not "see" knees. He should have resurned the money of my copay. The second one thought that I was rich. So, under a sugestion of my therapist, I went to this one. I am happy, so far.

@LadyDuck Humberto was working in the hospital when Dixie was run over. The doctors there treated her in such an incompetent way that Humbert wrote a letter saying why he wasn´t going to work there any longer.

@marguicha - We also found one here that was totally incompetent. My husband wrote to the Medical Association reporting him.

I wish I could procrastinate with doctor visits. I have been having to go to two doctors the past few weeks. Finally it's slowed down some.

I still have a list of doctors but I don´t want to get depressed going to too many at the same time.

Even if the doctor decides that I don´t qualify for the cheaper plan after the MRI, I know what meds help. And I can buy them and use them when I really need it.

I don´t because my father was a doctor and I knew it is inportant. But the pandemia kept me away from them and now I have to go one by one.
