Fresh catch

My cousin surprised us with a bounty catch yesterday. He was with his friends and they went to his friends farm to chill and have some relaxation. His friend is somewhat coming from a wealthy family in our place , they have farm lands, fish ponds which they grow tilapia . His friend told them I think they were 4 friends who went and they can fish . Without hesitation they catch fish and by afternoon when they got home my cousin gave me his catch fresh from the pond. Good thing during the lockdown, I learned how to prepare tilapia from scratch , raw and all. It was three big tilapia oh my gosh! I fried it , put on some breading to make it a little crunchy it can contain the whole pan , thats how big the m fish is. My mom and sibling enjoyed the meal yesterday, not to brag but there were no left overs

Meals with fried fish must be great. What did your meal consist of? We usually have rice and some fresh raw vegetable + crushed chilly.

We usually take tilapia with rice, ugali, spaghetti, chapati ,buns or bread

We usually fish tilapia from lakes and rivers over here. I have to agree that it's very tasty
