I am sure that the life of a firefighter in Melbourne Beach Florida is an adventure that a lot of dream of having rescuing both humans and animals who are in need of help. The Brevard County Fire Rescue team located in Melbourne Beach answered the call for help from a resident on Tuesday afternoon when a huge sea turtle was seen in the backyard of the home. The firefighters of the rescue unit were able to use heavy equipment to remove the sea turtle from the back porch to the beach nearby where the huge sea turtle returned to the ocean safe and sound. Just another day at the office in the life of the firefighters in Melbourne Beach Florida.

That is a good question since I doubt that someone had any intention of harming the sea turtle. Probably the sea turtle got lost walking on the beach.

@RubyHawk I do not believe that anyone would want to harm a sea turtle.

The firefighters did have the right equipment to rescue the sea turtle since I doubt any of them could lift the sea turtle by themselves.

My best guess is that the sea turtle simply traveled from the ocean to the back porch of the resident out of having a curious nature.

It is my pleasure to share nice stories of firefighters doing their duty to save sea turtles who are outside of their water home.
