Guava pickle and halwa made from the excess guavas from my garden.

Everyday about 10 to 15 ripe guavas are picked but I can't eat them all. Can I? My maid doesn't take them for fear of catching cold and cough. I therefore decided to make some guava halwa and make pickle out of the rest. I took the pickles with chicken tikka(Indian dish) and some halwa at the end. I ended my supper, you may even call it dinner, with some fruits and ice-cream. I am going to have a glass of cold milk before going to bed.

Chicken tikka is a special cuisine which everyone likes here. You should check it out in any Indian restaurant there in your country you will find it easily. @flapiz

Guavas are a good source of vitamin C. Guava jam is sold in all the supermarkets. Years ago l made it myself.
