Colorful Peppers

I love peppers! This are garden grown locally. I love to fry them and have Italian sausage baked in the oven with them. Love them in salads and I also stuff them with a rice & meat stuffing. I put them in my omelettes & they are good raw and served with a nice dip!

I've never found a way to fix bell peppers that I didn't like! We have six bell pepper plants growing in pots on our front porch. I love them fresh from the plant!

Peppers are among my favorite vegetables, grilled on the stove and seasoned with a little olive oil and a crushed garlic clove.

You can do quite a lot with sweet pepper. I have the hot pepper variety in my garden.

I like 'masala tea' which is a popular type of tea in India. I mean Masala tea is a household name. We boil the water with ginger and black peppers to bring the flavour and then add tea leaves.
