Back to share about what I ate/how I did on the 26th before I head off to bed. Weigh in - dropped 2 ounces; not as much as I hoped...but it is better than zero. Blood sugars - started out in the 80s I think and stayed pretty low all day. Since I was low, I allowed a carby meal...and didn't affect me much. What did I eat? Meal 1 - Stuffed waffles: for the batter I used 4 eggs, 2 oz cream cheese and caramel machiatto flavored keto chow. For the stuffing I used cream cheese and sugar free chocolate chips. This one was pretty good. The mix makes 2 stuffed waffles, I only had 1 (I'd say about 5 net carbs per stuffed waffle) Meal 2 - 2 slices of pizza (not low carb - 40 carbs for this meal) Meal 3 - almost 7 oz of salmon with shredded cheese and ranch (almost zero carb meal) Calories for the day were under 1,300, 45-ish net carbs, high protein, moderate fat Before the pizza my sugar was down to the lower 60s....two hours after the pizza I checked and it was only around 85-90 After the salmon meal I checked it and it showed I was in the 50's...yikes. I have not felt low at all today though. Guess we'll see how tomorrow goes

@celticeagle Unfortunately that is probably not the best because of the mercury. I sometimes eat it every other day though

So far I have not really enjoyed the waffles. The sweet one yesterday was okay...but not as amazing as I hoped. Salmon is good...I could eat that daily
