Today I shall just bounce along from task to task as my whim hits.
Perhaps I will take a nap.
It is cool, it is rainy. It is quiet. No one mowing lawns in the rain. No birds scolding each other and the cats.
Miss Bitty kitty is kind of lively, The big girls chase her and try to claim their own spaces. They all come in and out the door to see if they get more treats.
They have me trained.
I hope today is a relaxing day for you.
Today I made banana pancakes for breakfast. Bitty wanted a bite, so I gave her one on her plate in the kitchen floor.
We absolutely will not feed her at the table. She is naughty enough already.

I had over ripe bananas and did not feel like making banana bread, so that was my solution.

Pancakes are always good. I know there is a cookbook out there that is Pancakes 365 Days of the Year, or something like that.

Yes, it is any so nearby just a 5 minute walk too. Since they originate from Japan, much Japanese products, just like regular supermarket, has plate lunch & other prepared foods, fish deli counter, fresh flowers and veggies too. They were members only, but changed to open to the public since 11/1/2020.

We are just having little bouts of rain. Ten to twenty minutes at a time, then it gets very sticky and humid.

It’s comfortable here, and no rain. It’s supposed to rain tomorrow and Monday….and more rain for the southeastern part of the state that’s already been hammered.
