Rice water for hair growth

Nairobi, Kenya
July 30, 2022 9:56am CST
It's been long since I used rice water on my hair but I feel like it has some effect on my hair. I did that a year ago but I stopped and a few days ago I told myself I will try to be consistent on washing my hair with rice water. Who else has used it and gas it worked for you? I am going to do this from now on and see if there will be any changes on my hair.

Yes I have used it 3 years ago and it did wonders with my hair. It didn’t grow faster (my hair grows fast anyway) , but it increased in volume and lowered in shedding. I recommend

You can do that but rice is food so it can't harm your hair in any way.

It helps in hair growth and also it makes hair strands grow thick. You can watch some videos on YouTube. It will help you learn more about it.

How do you produce the rice water? My cousin washed her long black soft hair with squeezed lemon juice.

Water from rice, the water that remains after washing your rice. It's very common nowadays you can search it on YouTube alot of people say that it works.

@Hildasalom So, it's literally from rice... I am quite outdated about it, maybe because it might be a common used for women...

@simplfred men aren't interested alot since they shave their hair. But those men who like their hair to grow may have tried it or heard about it.

Yeah. I head about it too. But maybe not now. I grew my hair long for the past few years. It's time to make my hair short this few years to come before grow long back.

Wow I guess your hair is healthy already if you managed to grow it. For me my hair has been the same length for the last few years.

@Adie04 I guess because the rate of hair breakage is faster than hair growth.

@Hildasalom Oh, sorry to hear that. I thought hair grows everyday? Or at least every week. That's why I need to cut my bangs once a month to keep it short. My back hair, I sometimes trim it myself or go to the saloon.

I have never tried it. Does it really work? I know it could be rich in vitamin B? Please let me know if it truly worked for you. That would be the least expensive hair conditioner.
