My back is in so much pain...

Not sure what I did to it but the past 2 days its been hurting so much. It hurts to move...hurts to sit in certain ways...etc.
Probably just the scoliosis that the doc thinks I have. Think there's surgery they can do if it gets really bad but don't wanna go through that.

So sorry to hear of your pain.
My daughter had this going on too. She went to a chiropractor and he is having her do knee bends. He also had to get a good pair of walking shoes and go for daily walks.

@MommyOfEli2013.......Well, just saying that the things the chiropractor had my daughter do did help and she is much better now.

It's okay, Had back pain on and off for years; but when it hurts to do anything that is an issue. Sorry she did too....
I don't do walks, and in the summer I only wear sandals lol. So guess those are 2 problems there.

It's fine. I am used to pain... But that could be...Guess we'll see how long it lasts.

Sorry you are in pain. I have scoliosis and spinal stenosis and facet joint arthritis. One doctor said surgery...one doctor said, "you're fine". Gotta love those doctors. :-(

Sorry you have all of those issues...that would not be fun. I am sick and tired of going to doctors so don't want to start over this.
