I am surprised to know that in South Africa they call this the Os and Xs. I think we don't have Filipino word for this game so we call it like the US and Singapore do - tic-tac-toe. On the other hand, Australians call this as Noughts and Crosses. Noughts meaning nothing Crosses are the Xs. I also learned that there is a TV series called the same - Noughts and Crosses. Now look at that ..we do call it tic tac toe as you say..and when I lived in England yes naughts and crosses.

We used to play this using our papers during elementary. Now we can play it using cellphones.
