What reduces stress

There are so many things to be done but it skipped my mind when I am stressed. It all starts with a thought which lead to another and another…For me I try few things that helps out. Drawing helps a lot. I don’t regularly but sometimes when I do it really helps copping with stress. Another thing is listening to happy music it makes me wanna cry but still since I focus on listening to the music which break the silence…it helps out. What do you do when you are stress?

I usually talk with people when I'm stressed out or watch a video. Anything that takes my mind off whatever is causing the problem helps me. Pretty is like you. She doesn't draw very often anymore but she used to keep notebooks full of drawings she did because she was stressed about something. She also listens to music and says that helps her.

My husband is so like you. He would go live or join lives on tiktok to talk to people trying to make them laugh with his silly jokes. And there are times where he would watch videos. Yes Pretty is right the music helps. I see Pretty and I got few things in common.

@BabeSays Oh, yeah, I think I'd like your hubby, too. Pretty is finally seeing a doctor about her stress and takes a med now. She's doing a lot better than she used to do. (I'm really proud of how well she's doing. She went and did our grocery shopping a few days ago when I wasn't feeling well. Before she started the meds, she wouldn't go into a store if I wasn't with her.)

@DaddyEvil Wait what? That’s exactly me. I would never go put without my husband. I feel anxious when I’m alone. Pretty sounds so much like me. I can feel what she is going through. But I’m glad that she is able to do better. She deserves to be happy. Stress is killing happiness. It’s good she started doing things on her own. The best part is the stress relief. Bless her

These days I crochet when I'm stressed. I crochet while I watch movies or tv shows on Netflix.

drawing probably doesnt help if you are a perfectionist like me though lol.Im a perfectionist that cant do perfect. If you say it to someone the stress lessens quite quickly, if its something I dont want to tell anyone I lie on the bed and concentrate on breathing

Hmm kinda like meditation that’s good. It does help for many friends. I haven’t and really don’t know how to focus. My thoughts always taking me to places

I can do a lot of things, but prefer to sleep. Then, I will face the stressors upon waking up.

We often get stressed by two things. Problems and people. The first one I sleep over it, the second I try to avoid them. I've recently taken up gardening and I find it a very good way to cope with stress.

Gardening is awesome. My hubby loves doing that and is his job. I like it but don’t do it cause of worms. I have phobia for anything that crawls.

Lately I've been doing crossword puzzles at the beach. Very relaxing! And of course, there is always music. As you mention music can be a great stress reliever.

My only stress is what if I cannot clear my competitive exam. Whenever I think this I start to frighten . To remove this stress, I started to earn. If luck helps me, in few months I will get rid of this problem.

Raj exams are always stressful but you know what…when you stress yourself too much you’ll start forgetting. So just revive and do your practice try to relax yourself. Do not think too much about your exam. I’m sure you’re gonna do good and all the best

I pick up a nice adventure novel and read. That is my best way to relax
