I have been making this layered taco dip for over 20 years. It is healthy, colorful, delicious and a huge hit wherever I bring it. Recipe is always requested too! Try this you will not be disappointed! Serve it with a strong & sturdy chip of your choice. Layers of wonderful flavors and so colorful! I put the chips all around the dip. Nice presentation!

It does look very colorful and the veggies I can see are all ones I will eat, too.
Do you have a Casey's General Store where you live? They make a delicious Taco Pizza that my daughter and I really enjoy eating.
