A bus driver who was driving a Green Bay city bus last Tuesday was shocked to see a toddler wandering toward a busy street.
The bus driver who is female who has been trained by her employer Green Bay Metro Transit did stop the bus to pick up the toddler who is a boy where are his parents were.
The bus driver then called 911 to inform them what had happened that she had onboard her bus a boy who was lost and needed to be reunited with his parents.
When the Brown County deputy arrived to speak to the child to make an attempt to reunite with his parents who live in an apartment close to where the boy was located, the boy admitted that he walked away from home without the permission of his mom.
The boy did reunite with his mother while they were inside the bus. Even bus drivers can play a role in rescuing lost children on their bus routes.

I hope so as well since this incident could have ended in a tragic event.

The bus driver mostly likely is a mom herself and she can relate to the task of watching her children closely herself.

I guess the mom was distracted by an event inside of the home for a short period of time when her son managed to leave the home.

Another case of what were the parents doing? I'm glad he was reunited with his mother.

That is what I was thinking where the parents were when the boy walked out of his parents home.

I know if I were a parent and my child vanished I would be scared as well.

Can a toddler speak? Did he tell his rescuer that he lived in an apartment? How old is he?

The toddler was able to talk. The toddler did tell his rescuer where he lived. I guess his age is around four years of age. The report was vague on the details of what happened with the toddler and his rescuer.

@Nakitakona That is one area I need to work on sharing these stories on this site. Thank you for correcting me.

@Deepizzaguy What's happening on news reporting? I have been a news writer before. I always cover the 5 Ws and 1 H. They're What, Who, Where, When and Why. The H is How.
Our readers don't have time to ask when the news is out in print. The newspaper editor won't accept if the news item is incomplete.

The bus driver was trained by her employers to be watchful for children wandering on the streets by themselves.

Parents will never learn that they have to watch their kids every moment and make sure they cannot get outside by themselves, Glad this ended well,

You are right since the child could have been kidnapped by a stranger on the street.

That is true since children can leave the sight of being watched by parents quickly.

That is true since watching children closely is a huge task for anyone to deal with.
