Humble Success on Coffee Intake

The thought that I will be saving money from not drinking too much coffee keeps me motivated. I use a very small tea cup for 1/3 of a sachet of 3 in 1 coffee to warm my stomach in the morning.
The rest of the day I will have water, turmeric tea, green tea or chamomile tea. I already have them in stock so no need to spend and buy.
The brand of coffee I drink is on the pricey end, I learned this from the businessman where I bought it from. He was surprised by the quantity I buy and want to get to know where I live or work or who I am. It's funny. So I realized I'm spending too much on coffee. It also loses being special when consumed constantly. So I have one cheat day every week.

I remember. @LadyDuck Since then, I've been buying organic freshly roasted coffee beans, grinding and brewing them.

@yoalldudes I love coffee too but I only drink this mushroom based coffee. Been drinking this for. decades. It's not harsh on my stomach.

This is the coffee Im referring to. Lingzhi DXN is there a cheaper brand? Its almost 30pesos per sachet now.

@yoalldudes I would say DXN is the most reasonably priced among the herbal coffee concoctions. There's a budget pack actually costing 15 per sachet. If you want the fancy ones these are priced more. I am a DXN distributor and it's really tempting to get all those coffee flavors that costs yes 30 or more per sachet. I actually give my regular customers the distributor price.

@yoalldudes Yes, one of the reasons I don't drink coffee much is that when I was younger, my parents prevented me from doing so until I was an adult. My wife first tried it when she was, I believe, a teenager and has been hooked to it ever since. Given that she has a medical problem that prevents her from taking too much of it, it has now had an impact on her health.

So you have changed your Coffee brand?
May be the Businessman was keen on selling you more if the expensive coffee and hence asking questions?
At times, there are special offers on certain tea or coffee brands that can be quite helpful.

Yes, many times it is better to have less of something you really enjoy than to get something cheaper that you don't like as well.

Coffee has never lost it's ''special'' to me. I can give up many things, certain foods, and certain items. Coffee isn't going to be one of those things. I don't make many demands of myself or others, but hey, I NEED my coffee, I want it, it's delicious, and as long as I can afford to buy it, it's mine!
Lol, I am just a coffee addict, I admit it.

Ha ha now theres you that understands how I feel. Maybe I can lessen my consumption but cannot stop myself totally from drinking that awesome beverage.
