They call it the forest

It does not bother me when some call our garden a forest. I call it the systematic wilderness. I have not touched any of those wild trees that wanted that I keep them. I listen to them. When I open the entrance door what I see is what is in the photo. Lush green though a bit crowded. There are paths all over for smooth walking. But we breathe fresh air. What is your preference?

I'll call this a "nature's sanctuary". Well-trimmed gardens have no appeal to me. The only drawback in your garden is it also provides an environment for harmful insects like mosquitos.

Mosquitoes are a menace everywhere with or without greenery and there is a solution to keep them away

@allknowing I wonder if anti-mosquito plants help alleviate the situation?

I like trees, I have not removed those who have grown spontaneously through the years. Trees help to keep the air clean and the house cooler during summer.

That is the reason I have kept them even at the cost of some flowers not liking them and refuse to bloom (lol)

@allknowing I like the trees and I consider my opinion more important than the opinion of my flowers.

I can see how it could be considered crowded but I think it’s wonderful! I love nature!

@allknowing hmm it didn’t remind me of that. I spent the entire pandemic anytime I could out in nature.

The pandemic has warned us all that there should be more greenery

I won't bother about what people say. I won't like the idea to cut those trees, I also like trees and greener around and inside my house.

As long as your trees do not overshoot your neighbor fence, i guess it is allright to have a forest at home. Green trees help to make your eyes better vision and breath in fresh air. But dont the mosquitoes and insects bother you?

On the contrary neighbours' coconut fronds fall in our compound and destroy our fence.
