Have you been watching the coverage from England? This is the first time this has ever been seen by the world, if you think about it. Queen Elizabeth’s coronation was the first to be televised. Before that, you had to listen on the radio (the radio broadcast of King Edward’s abdication speech is on You Tube if you want to hear it). Speaking of listening, let’s listen to another song with “listen” in the title. #4: Stop, Look, and Listen - Patsy Cline Linda? You can actually play this one without a headache! And everybody else is probably listening with raised eyebrows. Yeah, Patsy could rock!! This was pre-success, her first 45 release on Decca after her stint on Four Star Records. Unless you’re a major Patsy Cline fan this is probably the first time you’ve heard this. “I Fall to Pieces,” this ain’t! Enjoy the weekend, with a “new” Patsy Cline song to help! Stop, Look, and Listen Written by George London and W.S. Stevenson Recorded by Patsy Cline Released as a single, 1956 He’s gonna run out of gas:

New song but I remember my sister playing her classics often. Always loved her voice.

Patsy had voice and a half, that’s for certain.

Yes, we can’t let you listen to “our” music. How ridiculous of those You Tube channels. Glad you at least like it and know it.

Patsy can sing to me anytime I once even wrote a poem about her

That’s the way I feel about her. You could have handed her a phone book and she would have made it memorable.

Patsy certainly could sing but this one I'm not really familiar with. Fall to Pieces is my favorite I've been watching the coverage about Queen Elizabeth and it's been very interesting and a bit sad at times. It's going to be weird saying King now instead of Queen.

I’ve heard them refer to the new king as “Prince Charles” I don’t know how many times. We’re talking 70 years of having a queen! I think they said 90% of people living in the Commonwealth have never known anyone but Elizabeth.

Not a favorite, but since it's Patsy, it gets a pass.

But you know that “there is just no one who can touch her, hell I’ll hang on every line.”
