Hello everyone...how are you? Hopefully well. So I am back after a long weekend of being bad (eating carbs). I didn't start the day off too well...but ending it better. Weigh in - back up to 200.4 Blood sugars - Started off kind of high (I think 170s) and then had a carby breakfast. Was over 200 after that meal. After working out and with staying low carb the rest of the day my sugar has been good since then. (80s and 90s) What did I eat? Meal 1 - Ham, egg and cheese melt from Burger King Hashbrowns from BK Mocha iced coffee from BK Meal 2 - Costco 1/4 pound hot dog, no bun. Added cheese, mayo and sugar free ketchup Meal 3 - "Street" tacos with zero net carb tortillas, ground turkey, cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, mild taco bell sauce Before meal 2 I did work out like I said - got an hour and 30 minutes in I think I got 7,000+ steps So, we'll see how the scale does in the morning.

I hope you will see your weight going down, at least you are not gaining over one week period.

@LadyDuck Some symptoms make me wonder about thyroid. But they also could be just diabetes too.

Nope, it went up even more....probably from the breakfast. Or maybe my thyroid is messed up, been considering that.

It was good...that is the best sandwich I think they have. Although I still prefer chicken fries lol

It's good that you are keeping track and know your blood sugar at all times.

Good that you keep a good track and try to bring your numbers to the acceptable ranges. Keep it up. I have not taken my readings for a while. I should start doing it soon. But since I am going ahead with healthy meals and exercises regularly, I am sure that it must be in range.
