Also known as World Peace Day it is devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace with a 24-hour cease-fire and non-violence is sought each year on September 21st. I wonder if Putin will observe this day. I doubt it but wish he would.
It is a United Nations International Declaration that started in 1981 and has been kept by military groups and many nations.
Let's put an end to war and violence and promote world peace on this day.

What an irony. It's the fateful day for the Filipino. The Philippines was under martial rule in September 21, 1972 when the infamous President Ferdinand Marcos issued Proclamation 1081, declaring state of Martial Law.

I highly doubt he would. And I don't want just a two day ceasefire. I want the war to end. This is hurting the world economy and living in a poor country, we are suffering the most.
