Comfort Bird From Australia

Received a special package today from my sweet friend in Australia. This small wooden "Comfort Bird". He was wrapped in a little cloth drawstring bag with the sweetest sentiments. She is such a sweetheart.
Always excited to get a package from her. We have been friends for many years now. I hope to meet her one day.
Doesn't it just make your day when you get a surprise out of nowhere? This package has really brought a much needed smile.

I had a good day today.
My foot and ankle is feeling better.
I'm like a child, I come down with something quickly, but I seem to get over it quickly like kids do.
I hope that tomorrow it will be back to normal.

I am enjoying my day at home sweeping up the grass from the sidewalk after the gentleman who cuts the grass at home came this morning and doing my work on sharing good news on this site and other work.

That's so thoughtful. This comfort bird would make you feel her presence around in times when you need comfort of a friend. It shows what a lovely and wonderful friend she must be. Such friends are true blessings
