The dream

I'm not very adept at deciphering dreams. However, in my opinion, dreams are only a summary of your current waking hours. The subconscious mind would try to interpret it in her own way, which is why we sometimes experience strange and unexplainable events that lead us to believe that they could be an impending problem, but in reality, they are just a way for you to express what you have gone through in your current situation. It is more akin to a baby who is experiencing hunger; he may not understand what it is, but he will still cry to express it in the hopes that someone will recognize it as hunger and feed him.

In the dream you "fly", this means you feel the need to get out from a situation. You are in the dark, you try to claw your way upward but you cannot... you are encountering some problems, but you are trying at your best to overcome them.

My dreams are usually sense less but your dreams looks like meaningful. Maybe you are right. Mountains can represent our struggles and problems. Don't worry then just pray

Well, dreams can be weird and I feel that it's tricky to interpret them. Some of them make no sense. Well, I feel the same about this dream. You are trying too hard to overcome obstacles and that definitely shows a lot of hardships and struggle.

I would say that when you are flying, you are in your soul body, or higher self, which has light all around it. When you identify too much with your bodily, physical life, it can seem dark, difficult, and heavier, harder to do anything amidst the obstacles of life. Keep flying, by remembering always that you are a spiritual being, and do not let life clip your wings, so to speak. Perhaps, clawing here indicates feeling trapped in your life, but in your heart, you know that you are free as a bird, soaring above all darknesses. Never lose sight of the sun; always see that it is still always still there, when you fly above difficulties, by seeing the higher view of things happening to you in your life, where it is, as it is, right now. Do not let the darkness make you think that that's all there is, but realise, that you can still fly above them, in your higher self, which will then lift your lower self, above the darknesses, then again too.

You are having a "what if" moment in your dream. ( flying atop mountains and there were flashing rays of brightness around me) you had an opportunity in the past that might have altered the direction of your life but didn't take it and now you feel trapped. ( but the weeds kept growing and creeping blocking my view of the sun.) I don't believe in dream interpretation.
