A song I wrote several years ago that's actually pretty good! So why is our band not doing it? / myLot

I keep forgetting that this song is out there on my YouTube channel. I just listened to it, and it's actually pretty darned good! I just sent an email to my band mates, asking that we rehearse this one and use it in our gigs. Like Rodney Dangerfield, I don't get no respect. It's NOT a hard song to play. Please excuse my obsession with cute kids and chickens. Both make me smile. And I like to smile, even if I do so only once a year. @Vandana7, who "helped" me choose the images for this video, understands. DJ does too. Vanny thinks I prefer sad songs. But this is a HAPPY song. I hope you enjoy it.

I want a romantic number from him. I want to put something sleazy on the YouTube under his name. That way he will know how to be nice with nice people.

Nothing wrong with smiling and be proud of what you wrote, its how you know you doing it write, or is it right, dumb words haha. Pretty catchy song actually.

He says kids and chicken make him smile, but he smiles only once in a year...so rest of the year ..he possibly glares at them. Evil grin. Yeah...the song is good..

I love it. Finely a happy song instead of a sad one. Vannys right. Most of your songs are too sad but you hit the right note on this one. Congratulations.

I like sad songs. I am an optimistic person, and have to embrace my "shadow." But I'm glad to have a happy song or two out there as well. This one has a happy ending too, though I did not write it.
