Try to take warm milk with turmeric and honey. That induces sleep. I take it too as I was suffering from insomnia.

It certainly does make it hard the next day when we don’t get enough sleep. I’m guessing your worried about your husband is why your not sleeping well? I hope you sleep much better tonight!
