It has actually been a while since I have made braised pork steaks. The last batch of pork steaks was baked, barbecued in the oven. So, it was good to go back to an old favorite last night. On the side we had some macaroni and cheese leftover from the night before. Plus we had to use up some salad stuffs—didn't really have enough to make an actual salad, but what we did with it worked well enough. What went on your plate last night?

@moffittjc For me there are two things that don't go together. Flavor and spicy. When I think of spicy I think of only one flavor. The hot and spicy. What is underneath the hot and spicy is not tasted at all. If I have a hot and spicy chicken wing I don't taste chicken. I only taste the hot and spicy. lol
