Dinner 09/22/22

It has actually been a while since I have made braised pork steaks. The last batch of pork steaks was baked, barbecued in the oven. So, it was good to go back to an old favorite last night.
On the side we had some macaroni and cheese leftover from the night before. Plus we had to use up some salad stuffs—didn't really have enough to make an actual salad, but what we did with it worked well enough.

@porwest I love hot and spicy! The hotter the better for me. But then again, I like just about any flavor of chicken wings.

@moffittjc For me there are two things that don't go together. Flavor and spicy. When I think of spicy I think of only one flavor. The hot and spicy. What is underneath the hot and spicy is not tasted at all.
If I have a hot and spicy chicken wing I don't taste chicken. I only taste the hot and spicy. lol

We had a frozen salsbury steak meal with mashed and gravy and green beans it was very yummy. Your dinner sounds good as well

I can't even remember last night! I've been cooking and cleaning all day to get ready for the kids coming tomorrow. Oh, I remember. I baked a chicken and rice casserole.

Nothing and something just junk eating because of moving.
Tomorrow I may actually eat a meal or fast. One or the other.

I have two options for tonight. One is have some Progresso soup and then boil gnocchi and quickly saute them in butter. Or maybe cook some frozen orange chicken and boil some basmati rice.

@lovebuglena I only really use the cream soups. They make for good bases. Other than that I really don't use them much either.
