Have you got the compensation from the delivery express?

Most of the time I feel satisfactory to the express delivery. Occasionally if it is late, it will be OK and I won't complain about it because I know the delivery staff have a hard work. Perhaps I have a little bit more packages, so I am "famous" to them. In the past they could deliver a package to me even if the address was not detailed. And a delivery staff even knew my full name and he just didn't know my ID number. In brief, I have a good relationship with the delivery staff.
Several days ago I redeemed the points to a portable USB lamp from my ISP. However, the express company lost it somewhere and they couldn't find it anyway. Then they paid for my loss. The compensation is OK but somewhat I didn't feel happy to it. It is likely the staff paid for the compensation.

Yes if it is late here I get the refund from Amazon. They charge a small fee for express delivery at a time of day. But they are often late and do not arrive.
