Have you got the compensation from the delivery express?

Most of the time I feel satisfactory to the express delivery. Occasionally if it is late, it will be OK and I won't complain about it because I know the delivery staff have a hard work. Perhaps I have a little bit more packages, so I am "famous" to them. In the past they could deliver a package to me even if the address was not detailed. And a delivery staff even knew my full name and he just didn't know my ID number. In brief, I have a good relationship with the delivery staff. Several days ago I redeemed the points to a portable USB lamp from my ISP. However, the express company lost it somewhere and they couldn't find it anyway. Then they paid for my loss. The compensation is OK but somewhat I didn't feel happy to it. It is likely the staff paid for the compensation.

I've also lost my stuff on expeditions. And lucky they want to replace it. It's just that I still feel bad, because it's probably the courier who replaced it.

I will accept if they will buy me that USB lamp but somewhat it is not available in all online stores and therefore they had to offered me the money as compensation.

Actually they offered me this kind of compensation and I can't think out a better way. As there is no way to buy that USB lamp.

Yes if it is late here I get the refund from Amazon. They charge a small fee for express delivery at a time of day. But they are often late and do not arrive.

Yes, it’s possible it’s deducted from the staff member’s salary. The company itself would never pay it from its own pocket

I haven't had anything go missing thankfully. It's all very well getting compensation but it's still annoying that you have to go through the whole process again to get when you want.

I didn't do much for my lost package. The express company offered me the compensation and it was done in a day.
