I'm just writing to let everyone know I'm safe. We lost power, but we now have trucks on my street working on it. Our house didn't really sustain a lot of damage, but we've been out of power for over a day. A day and a half, actually. So, going to hope it comes back in the next day or so.

i hope and pray that you receive electrical power soon. Seeing the repair trucks working is a good step.

I won't be getting power anytime soon, but I managed to find space for tomorrow and give FPL a chance to catch up.

Glad you are safe. Sorry your power is out, I know that is terribly inconvenient. Hopefully it will be back on soon. They just said on our news that 3 million people in Florida are out of power right now.

No, not really. I've ridden out many storms. Hell, in one apartment we had minor flooding because the window seal was broken. I'm in a hotel right now.

Glad to know you are all right. I was wondering, We got lucky at this area we had no power outage and no flooding. Praying for Fort Myers I was shocked it was so bad, I hope your power goes on soon,

No. They were just assessing damage. They left about a half hour after they arrived.
