We had all those bougainvillea that you see in the collage By September they would all be there all over the garden adding colour But this year we see nothing The weather has gone haywire. It is still raining here and bougainvillea just do not like rain. Looks like this erratic weather is here to stay and this has been going on for a couple of years now. All my effort at seasonal flowers have been a waste. Not a single plant survived. How is our weather?

Oh that must be so sad for you that so few flowers are thriving. How gorgeous they all look in the photo. It has to be disappointing this year not to see that.

My goodness I am sorry the weather is screwing up your garden. Here the weather is quite odd, but luckily we are not in the eye of that hurricane.

Bougainvilleas are quite common here. People like to plant them and even it is quite usual to see them available in the highway or crossing bridge. It is a beatiful decoration in my city. I attached a photo here for your reference.

This is sad, I love the Bougainvillea, all the colours are beautiful. I wanted to plant here, but our place is too cold in winter.

I hope your bougainvillea will blossom. After Florida got hit by Hurricane Ian we were lucky to get off all right but For Myers here got it really bad and people were killed too. So today it was good to see the sun shining,

@allknowing the Lord was doing all he could, but Fort Myers that got really hit is only three hours from us so we sure got lucky but parts were flooded here and bridges closed

The weather in Lake Charles is still warm but no high humidity due to colder weather from Canada.
