Well I am bored with this enforced confinement so making some from scratch foods

I am making homemade bread, a butternut squash apple bake, and those pork chops from a feral pig that roomie's uncle brought up here. These chops are really thick and something you would pay a fortune for at the butcher. They are probably healther than your average chop cuz no factory raised pork. The bread is in the bread maker, but I am about to put the other things in the oven. What are you making today?

I just had a bowl of the beef stew that's been simmering in the crock pot all night. It was good. I hope your food turns out well, too.

@Nakitakona We have plenty here. It is weird though, I have not seen many deer this year at all. They are usually all over the place.

@snowy22315 oh gosh the blueberry mini cheesecakes sound so amazing. I have many pounds of frozen blueberries which are great for pies and muffins but wouldn’t be for cheesecake topping.
Wow that was really nice of his relatives to give you the chops!

@shaggin They probably have a huge freezer full. You know how big those feral hogs, wild boars are. They can run up to like 400 pounds or more.

I don't. When his relatives came to move him, they brought these chops up for me. That was nice of them. 
. Confined due to the wet weather. I don't think it is raining at the moment but could probably start at any time. I hope you get a chance to make your pie. I have a can of blueberry pie filling in the pantry, but what I am thinking is that I will make some mini cheesecakes at some point and use that for topping.

The squash apple bake sounds intriguing.
I ate on the fly after I got groceries.
We are having a nice stake dinner for supper, but instead of going out, we are doing take out.
I still do not like going out to eat because you have to remove your mask, we are more relaxed here, and I do not have to cook. We are celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. It is actually next Monday, but with it being a work night we will have something less fancy and tomorrow the twins will be here.
