Insect on a flower

Watching insects or bugs on a flower is fascinating. I loved watching this busy little creature on this big red hibiscus flower. I looked like it was having breakfast. Does anyone know what insect this is?

@pitstop I see them time by time in the garden. I think that they are present in most countries in the world.
