Hillsborough County Deputy rescue 2 children who were carjacked in Florida

Thanks to the effort of Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) deputy Jonathan Pazmino Avarez who was in the right area at the right time on Monday afternoon, he was able to capture the alleged carjacker who stole a car from a resident of Tampa allegedly since a criminal is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The name of the man who managed to get the attention of Deputy Alvarez when he was told by the man who had his auto stolen from him by the crook. The problem was that the auto that was stolen by the crook had two children inside of the auto. Deputy Alvarez was close by when he drove his police auto managed to chase the stolen auto to execute a traffic stop and force the driver of the auto to stop and surrender without incident and save the two children from a terrible ending. The ages of the two children whose names and genders are four and eight years of age are safe and sound. One of the two children who was most likely the older child told the police officer "This guy robbed my dad's car." The crook that stole the auto is Kevin Smith who is 37 years of age who is being charged with two counts of felony kidnapping and one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle. Thanks to the efforts of Deputy Pazmino Alvarez the children reunited with their father safe and sound.
