A photo through the blinds and the mosquito net

I clicked this photo of the cuckoo that was perched on the noni tree. I could clearly see it from inside. I used the zoom feature of my camera and clicked it through the window blinds and the mosquito net Birds do not like being photographed unlike the cats that actually pose for me. I have loads of cat photos stored in my digital folder but when it comes to birds I have to hide from them I miss so many specially when they come to frolic in the bird bath. If the door is closed then it is next to impossible as when I open it the birds fly away. I was not sure if this photo would be clear as I had to click through the blinds/net but I am happy with the results.

That's a really good photo considering it is through the blinds and the netting. I have the same problem taking photos of the animals that come and play in my back yard. My phone picks up the wire screens in the windows instead of just catching the photo of the animals. If I open the door to take the photo, the animals run and hide.

Considering the conditions that is a good photo. Birds are really hard to photograph sometimes.

Very nice photo! Cuckoo is a big bird, looks bigger than our spotted dove, locally.

It's a nice photo given the condition that it is through the blinds and the netting.

From inside it is hard to get photos. The screens just make my photos all blurry and if I try to open the windows then it scares the wildlife off.
