In Diwali Hindus light the peacock panchdiya

Diwali is the festival of lights for the Hindus. On the day of 14 diyas the Hindus light up their houses with candles and diyas. The panchdiya is a form of 5 pradip or diya together. Oil is poured in that and there is cotton balls which are lit. The national bird of India is peacock. So the peacock diya is very famous in India.

thanks Aidaa yes cows are sacred animals in India. People use them as domestic animals. sell their milk and take care of them. Peacock is the national bird of the country

@sathviksouvik So the peacock is a symbol. While the cow is a sacred animal. Those are two different things I think.
