Celebrating our birthday on mountain top

My wife and I celebrated our 71st synchronous birthday at the top of the mountain. It's Gianna's mountain resort, a newly opened one to the public sometime in September 2022.
Our youngest son, Toto Jun shouldered all the expenses for the entrance, rental of family cottage and the fuel of our family versavan.
Seventeen of us made our day a success. Six grandchildren, 3 in-laws, 2 friends, 4 children. And of course, my wife and me.
There's a replica of Jesus Christ giant statue just like in Rio de Juaneiro, Brazil located on a strategic place facing the great vastness of the plains.
Our children did enjoy swimming in a pool, overlooking the great plains.
We enjoyed our family day there with awesome fun and bonding.

That is nice that you were able to travel to some place and enjoy your birthday there with your wife and family. I think people are starting to come out and start to enjoy places as the pandemic is coming near its end. We also had tried to explore places as well with the restrictions being lifted already.

@Nakitakona Yes last Long Weekend holiday we tried to stay in Tagaytay and it was just hit by typhoon "Paeng". We stayed there for two nights, first night was very stormy and the next day it was already fine and we were able to enjoy the place already.

@askme123 Nope. We didn't have the plan to stay overnight or even to stay long there for everyone of us has work and the kids have classes.
