I occasionally buy dragon fruit (it isn't cheap here). Today I bought one and decided to make a smoothie from it. I added a little banana and sugar to taste. At my daughter's insistence, I added a drop of chocolate syrup (can't say no when your 5 year old bats her eyelids!!). I used a Nutribullet Go that my sister had gifted me. It turned out yummy and interesting. The seeds add a very interesting texture to the smoothie that I enjoyed. I'm not sure if this is healthy, but it sure felt good!

Do you taste/feel the little black bits? Are they seeds? You've probably told me before but I've forgotten.

It certainly sounds good and I'm sure it's a lot healthier than a milkshake
