Home from the marathon with 900 photos between us

We’ve been away and without internet but now we’re home again and have processed all our photos from a marathon. We covered just the horse-riding section. We had a great position on top of a hill which gave a nice background to the photos although some we cropped so the background doesn’t show up. There was a light drizzle in the morning and the afternoon was cold with patches of drizzle. Luckily, we were still able to take photos although those taken in the morning show spots of rain on the horses which, in some cases, makes the photo look grainy.

Those are fantastic action shots. I don't see anything that looks grainy to me except the back ground on the 2 shots on the right.

Yes, the whole background looked like it was raining but it was very light. The horses in the vet ring looked worse. You can see the spots on this one.

It was quite a steep hill just there and most took it at speed. It's easier on the horses.
