Half way through the work day

Just got back from my lunchtime walk. It is so nice out there. The sun is shining, there is a nice breeze and its in the 70s. A nice day for walking. It is hard to believe that it is November. Usually by now I would be wearing my winter jacket but so far I haven't had to.
The work day is pretty busy so the time is going by good for a Monday. It's a short work week this week with Friday being Remembrance Day and a statutory holiday.
Just had my lunch and now I am wonder what to cook for dinner (supper) when I get home. I didn't take anything out of the freeze. I am thinking maybe spagetti or some kind of pasta dish.
So what is everybody else planning for this evening's meal? I could use some ideas.

This past week I made a meatloaf. Tonight, I'll warm it up and makes some noodles on the side. Add a veggie and this will be our evening meal:)

@kobesbuddy we eat a lot of chicken. We have cut back on red meat over the years.

I don't know what we're doing yet. George usually lobs suggestions on me about an hour before he wants me to cook.

It is usually last minute for me too. I have to stop by the grocery store after work to pick up a few things so I may just get something to cook while I am there.

I made "lunch" about 5 pm. It was Pesto noodles with bits of smoked turkey cooked into it. Delicious! (I made extra, if you want some of it.)
