I thought my problem is so big until I heard of other people / myLot

I have a photocopy job today from one of my church mate. He need those documents because he is needing financial assistance for the condition of her wife. I sometimes thought God had abandon me if I feel nervousness, palpitations and insomnia. But the wife of my church mate has a very serious problem. Her heart is damage and need open heart surgery but she is also pregnant at the same time. She will undergo caesarian first to make the baby survive then after that her operation in the heart. That is so scary and so difficult situation for me. I learn to see that my problem is just easy. I will be praying for this couple. It's a miracle if the wife survive the two operations. We all have our share of troubles in this world and some have bigger problems than we are.

I have said that "why me" to God at some point. The difficulties of others will help us not to feel weak but instead imitate their courage to face difficulties in life

Being operated on twice in a row is definitely terrifying. She had a caesarian section first, however it wasn't too significant because these are already routinely performed. I hope she can make both procedures and recover quickly. Her heart surgery is concerning because it is a highly delicate procedure and there is a chance of problems given that she just underwent a delicate procedure.

I don't feel any worry or deep sadness in the husband. He seems okay. I never want to undergo any surgery in my life and most specially not in the heart. She needs to be operated soon but the baby might die if she get heart surgery first so they need to save the baby first then she will have the heart surgery

@averygirl72 I guess the husband doesn't want to show that he is worried. I think in their situation the husband needs to show that he can handle everything they are going through.

True indeed. We all have problems in our life and have to accept firstly and then deal with it. Everyone have different problems. It doesn't matter it's big or small, that's what I believe

We always say that no matter what we are going through, someone has it worse. But I wouldn't want to minimize your problems by saying that. I wish her nothing but the best with her health issues.

It is wrong if I minimize my problem looking that way. It is just that I'm already scared of my own problem and I found out others have scarier situation than me. But I will keep them in prayers
