This seems expensive

The faucet and shower system we got for the remodeled master bathroom is from Grohe. I decided to get a double towel bar and towel ring from Grohe as well, so they match in design and in their finish, which is Starlight Chrome. With tax the total came out to around $102.
That seems rather pricey to me. But the price of each isn't even that bad compared to other brands I found. The Grohe double towel bar cost $59 and change. In my Internet search I saw double towel bars that were way more expensive, with prices even exceeding $200. That is just crazy! I'd never pay that much for a towel bar.
I hope this is the last thing we have to buy. Oh wait! Just remembered that we need a new lights track for the kitchen as ours isn't working properly.

@lovebuglena May be the price raise in the meantime, this is why it's more expensive on Grohe website. Everything in steel is more expensive, as the biggest steel company was in Ukraine and it has been destroyed.

All that kind of stuff is expensive and getting more expensive every day with the supply and transportation problems. I hope you are done with the bathroom now!

I hope so as well. Seems only thing left is to install the new door for the medicine cabinet. But that won’t arrive for a long time. We were told 90+ days. I hope the guy will come back to do it.
