My weight management lunch for Monday

I don't take rice and wheat on Mondays to control my weight. I just had a glass of apple smoothie for breakfast. I have these vegetables with yogurt, sprinkled with some spices and a bowl of makhana kheer ( lotus seed dessert). Both are very light for the gut. Dinner will be oats and gram flour pancakes with some potato curry in tomato paste gravy.

@RebeccasFarm If we feel young at heart we'll look young but our youth can't come back but I can reduce my weight.

I don't think I am slim and trim which I was when I was young. I want to go back to that weight and keep my heart safe.

Here rice is main dish in all foods, my appetite not fill if not take rice but i eat balance quanty so im slim and housework help in it too

Rice is our staple food too but I can't work hard physically now. So I take these measures to manage weight.

@aninditasen here too rice is staple food, but if eating much then i get fatty so i eat limited quantities.
