A bit of vegan meal

Saw very fresh mushrooms at Walmart yesterday, got one and cooked them with zucchini, garlic butter. Potatoes simply with garlic salt and butter. My bit if vegan brunch today.
It's sunny and cool with temperature if 79°F or 26.1 C now, here at Oahu. Going to enjoy my healthy , a bit of vegan meal! After brunch Marukai Wholesale Mart nearby shopping. Playing it by ear for laundry. How you on this fine Tuesday?

I eat vegan meals several times each month not because I´m vegan but because I love veggies. I brought fresh mushrooms to Dixiés house and today I bought asparagus. Depending on what I do with them, it will be a vegan food or a vegetarian one.

Thanks! Made zucchini, fresh mushrooms and fresh asparagus, simmered in butter. Baked fresh beets and blanched fresh bitter melon side dish.
