Hello friends! So recently a video about lucid dreaming came up in my recommended in youtube so I got curious and decided to watch it. Now I am really curious should I try it? is it that safe? or anything is fine?
I believe in the quote that (Curiosity is what makes the cat life used)
For those who dont know lucid dream it is a dream that you can control anything like
anything you wish will become true. lets say in that dream you are powerful.
So yep yep yep I wanna try but also having a second thinking
So what do you think? have you tried doing lucid dreaming?

I am going to check the link provided by @DaddyEvil.
Sometimes I can "control my dreams", I realize that I am not totally asleep but I continue the dream, of course dreams do not come true only because you can control your dreams.

@DevMrSamEleazar Read this very interesting article from Wikipedia to know everything about "lucid dreams". It's not a "modern thing", it's something that can be explained.

Why don't you read this article about lucid dreams. I think it would be more helpful than the video you gave me a link to earlier today.

Lucid dreaming is as natural as regular dreaming, it's just more interactive. I've done it my whole life. The only thing scary about it is if you are prone to nightmare then you can have lucid nightmares. BUT you can also learn how to defeat those.
