Got lymph node

Hi there, good morning. It's 7:31am here of 21st of November.
It's been a while that I've got a lymph node here (see picture).
I don't know why it came back. I've got this, 5 years ago and got hospitalized. As well as 10 years ago but not hospitalized.
I don't want to be hospitalized again now.
Although, I'm doing well right now. However, sometimes been painful.
I asked my supervisor not to report at office instead to do my work at home. But he disapproved and instead, he just said "cover it with a jacket".
Frustrated of the disapproval but I have nothing to do.

@RubyHawk Not necessarily a surgery. 5 years ago, my doctor said, this is not cancerous, this is a good one in my end because this lymph node is blocking any incoming disease such as flu, and the likes. But my doctor said, if it repeats for more than the twice of the previous one, I need to consult again but if the same size, no need to worry, just take some vitamins.

@luisga814 I am glad, if you are taking antibiotics do not stop even if you feel better. Take them for the minimum recommended time.

@LadyDuck Before, there's an antibiotic. Good thing right now, the lymph node, going smaller and smaller right now, The pain is not that much anymore. No need to go to the hospital.

@LindaOHio No, I didn't see a doctor. My wife wanted me to do so to consult a doctor. But I resist. I can't accept for any bad findings. For now, the lymph node is going smaller and smaller.
