Hello my fellow Mylotters!! I hope everyone is doing fine here and had a good Thanksgiving. We all need a good festive celebration this year considering all the bad two years we have had. I was not active for few days over here, because I am going through a lot. My brother had his son with him legally, but yesterday due to the law orders his wife took the child with her and we have been broken and hurt since then. I miss my nephew

We all know his wife is not capable of taking care because she just does not care about the child, she just wanted to see my brother suffer. I am so hurt and I feel so shattered. The child is only 3.5 years and he is getting confused to what is happening with him. His mother is a total opposite of being a mother. She never cared for him ever. My brother has been crying all day long. I just hope the child comes back soon. Please keep my family in prayers

I will put your brother in my prayers and hope he get the child back soon, Can he complain to any authorities or get a lawyer to help him?

Yes he is fighting legally. He got the child because his wife is not stable mentally. But her father is pretty much richer and he paid my brother’s lawyers handsome money to not show up on the day of judgement And so nothing could be shown from his side. He is now changing the lawyer

I wonder why the mother is allowed to take the child as she does not seem to care. Your brother should ask that the mother can only see the child but not take him.

I don’t know what happened that the law decided to give the child to the mother. And now the mother doesn’t care about him. Also she’s mentally sick

@Archie0 The law should have not allowed the mother to take the child, particularly if she is mentally sick.

We reported the police but the law is pathetic now the child does not even go to school there. He is inculcating bad habits while here he was learning so well.
