Anthony Whisnant who served as a U S Army National Guard medical doctor for several years before he had to retire due to post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD is being called a savior after his next-door neighbor Shaquana Youngblood who was shot by her former boyfriend Robert Lamar Adams in a dispute on Thanksgiving morning in Gaston North Carolina.
Anthony who is now employed by Rocky's Tree Service has saved lives before. He used his life savings skills to work by applying pressure on Shaquana's chest who had been shot by her former boyfriend in a domestic dispute as she fell outside of his home and cried for help.
Anthony insisted that he acted to save her life since his training kicked in to keep her alive until medical help arrived to take her to the hospital where she is making a recovery from her chest wound which would have ended her life had Anthony not used his life saving skills.
The alleged shooter who is Robert Lamar Adams was arrested by the Gaston police shortly after the incident and charged with first degree attempted murder the same day.
It is a shame that crime does not take a day off like Thanksgiving.

I hate hearing of domestic disputes. I have lived through them in my past and have PTSD because of it. So glad that Anthony was there at this time. Timing is everything.

@Deepizzaguy He sure is, he’ll likely spend the rest of his life in prison if he’s not electrocuted.

She was very lucky since Anthony insisted that he could not leave her laying on the ground outside of his home after she had been shot.

I am in agreement with you since even though Anthony has retired from military service, his skills to save lives are still with him.
