In northern India during autumn and spring different flowers come up. In both the seasons it is not as cold as winter. Temperature during this period is around 12 degree celsius. May the difference of sunlight bring the difference in growth of different plants and flowers.

Noble women in the front of beautiful flowers.
In China, people think that oleander is a poisonous plant, especially its flower, so we would keep away from oleander.

thanks Judy spring is the season for best growth of flowers. The winter is harsh. In spring it is neither cold nor hot.

thanks Pitstop in northern india like UP, bihar jharkhand winters are strong and by december temperature goes to 4 degree celsius. It is pleasant now
