What the hell?

So I was just in the faculty bathroom up here and *this* is the new addition to the decor. I have absolutely no idea why one of my coworkers would hang this on the wall.
One teacher brought in a can of paint and painted it back in September. Someone else added pretty decals to the walls. Another brought in a basket of toiletries and a fake plant. They were on a mission to make it nicer. I get that.
I don’t get this.

Oh, that's one of the trick-or-treaters from The Nightmare Before Christmas! I don't remember if it's Lock or Shock, Barrel is the one in the middle.
That's still an odd addition though.

That's a hideous wall plaque, I don't see any point in hanging in on the faculty bathroom wall! It has nothing to do with being a devoted, leader of children! It's awful
